Azerbaijan Tourist e-Visa Requirements

• Passport: Scanned copy of the bio page and address page of a valid passport.
• Occupation: Current occupation of the applicant.
• Contact Information: Applicant's contact number.
• Azerbaijan Details: Address and phone number in Azerbaijan.
• Air Ticket: Proof of flight reservation.
• Previous Visit: Details of the last visit to Azerbaijan (if applicable, including reason).

• Documentation Requirements:

  • All documents must be scanned clearly using a scanner only.
  • Scan in full color.
  • Documents must be scanned from original copies; photocopied documents are not accepted and will be rejected.
  • Preview scans, crop, and then scan the documents for the best quality.
