  • More than 30 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.
  • Within 0-30 days of departure: 100% of the tour price.

     

  1. Passport Requirements:

    • Passengers must have a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date, with a minimum of two blank pages for visa stamps.

  2. Rates and Availability:

    • Quoted rates are subject to change at the time of booking without prior notice.
    • Rooms/services are available at the time of quotation but are not blocked or confirmed. Written confirmation is required to secure bookings.

  3. Hotel Rooms:

    • If quoted hotel rooms are unavailable, a similar category will be provided.
    • Surcharges may apply if higher-category rooms or hotels are allocated.

  4. Credit Card Payments:

    • Subject to a 3% bank charge.

  5. Itinerary Changes:

    • No changes to the itinerary will be honored unless provided in writing.
    • Verbal commitments will not be accepted.

  6. Extensions and Validity:

    • Offers are time-limited unless specified otherwise.
    • Extensions of stay are subject to availability and will be charged on a pro-rata basis.

  7. Vehicle Use:

    • Private vehicles will follow the itinerary only and are not available for disposal.

  8. Rates and Inclusions:

    • Indian hotel rates are in INR for Indian nationals; rates for foreign nationals may vary.
    • Sightseeing tours do not include monument entry fees, photography charges, or other incidental costs.

  9. Cancellation and Refunds:

    • General cancellation policies of the respective hotels/services will apply.
    • No refunds for partially used tickets, "No-Shows," or last-minute cancellations.

  10. Visa and Immigration:

  • Visa approval and immigration clearance are the sole prerogatives of the concerned governments.
  • We facilitate the process but are not responsible for visa rejections or delays. Cancellation fees apply even in cases of visa rejection.

The package includes accommodation for 4 nights, daily breakfast, private and shared transfers, guided tours (Mount Batur trekking, Bali Jeep Adventure, and Sekumpul Waterfall Trekking), and an English-speaking guide for activities.

Pack comfortable clothing and sturdy footwear for trekking and adventure activities. Essentials include sunscreen, insect repellent, a reusable water bottle, and a light jacket for early mornings.

The Mount Batur trekking is not recommended for children under 9 or individuals with mobility issues. The Sekumpul Waterfall Trekking involves uneven paths and steep stairs, which may not be suitable for all.

Yes, customization is possible. Additional activities or modifications can be arranged, but they may incur extra costs. Requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Only breakfast is included in the package. Lunch and dinner are not covered but can be arranged at your own expense during the tours or at local restaurants.
