1. Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed once the deposit or full payment is received and processed by the cruise line.
• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Payment Options

• Deposit Payment: A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The amount depends on the length of the cruise:
• 1-5 Nights: INR 12,750 per person
• 6-9 Nights: INR 29,750 per person
• 10+ Nights: INR 42,500 per person
• Suites: 10% of cruise fare or standard deposit, whichever is higher.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due prior to the sailing date:
• 1-5 Nights: 76 days before departure
• 6-14 Nights: 91 days before departure
• 15+ Nights: 120 days before departure

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation penalties apply based on the number of days before the sailing date:

·         1-5 Nights:

• 75 or more days before departure: No charge
• 74-60 days before departure: Full deposit amount
• 59-30 days before departure: 50% of total price
• 29-15 days before departure: 75% of total price
• 14 days or less: No refund

·         6-9 Nights:

• 90 or more days before departure: No charge
• 89-75 days: Full deposit amount
• 74-45 days: 50% of total price
• 44-15 days: 75% of total price
• 14 days or less: No refund

·         10-14 Nights:

• 90 or more days before departure: No charge
• 89-75 days: Full deposit amount
• 74-61 days: 50% of total price
• 60-31 days: 75% of total price
• 30 days or less: No refund

·         15+ Nights:

• 121 or more days before departure: No charge
• 120-61 days: 25% of total price
• 60-41 days: 50% of total price
• 40-25 days: 75% of total price
• 24 days or less: No refund

Cancellation for Non-Refundable Deposits

• For bookings with a non-refundable deposit, the deposit will not be refunded upon cancellation. The deposit amount can be applied toward future bookings in some cases, subject to the cruise line’s discretion.
• Guests who booked under a non-refundable deposit program can change the sailing date by paying a service fee of USD 100 per person, as long as it is done before the final payment due date.

3. Taxes and Fees

• Tax Collected at Source (TCS): From 1st October 2023, TCS is applicable at the rate of 5% for payments up to ?7 lakh, and 20% for payments exceeding ?7 lakh for overseas travel. A declaration form must be submitted to the tax authorities.
• Goods and Service Tax (GST): GST will be applicable for Indian sailings. The rate may vary depending on the cruise type and location.
• Government Taxes and Levies: All taxes and fees imposed by the government or port authorities will be the responsibility of the guest.

4. Health and Safety Protocols

• Health and safety protocols are subject to change based on the destination and government guidelines. Guests should review all current requirements before travelling, including vaccinations, testing, and other travel restrictions.
• Guest Conduct: All passengers must follow the cruise line’s rules of conduct. Failure to do so may result in removal from the cruise.

5. Insurance

It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, medical emergencies, trip interruption, or other issues that may arise. Insurance details should be reviewed and purchased independently from the cruise line.

6. General Conditions

• Itinerary Changes: The cruise itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, port closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. The cruise line reserves the right to modify the schedule as necessary.
• Special Requests: Special needs, including dietary restrictions or accessibility requirements, must be communicated at the time of booking.
• Luggage: Luggage is subject to weight and size restrictions. Guests should review the baggage policy before packing.

7. Terms of Carriage

The Royal Caribbean International Terms of Carriage apply to all guests and can be found in the cruise brochure or on the official website. These terms govern the cruise vacation, including liability, booking changes, and cancellations.
